Can I use the retail POS today?
Yes. Shop Pro and Multi-Shop include Sales & register, with shared products, customer records, inventory and appointment access. Search or scan products, print labels, take cash or record confirmed payments, and manage receipts and refunds. Stripe and QuickBooks require your own account setup. Card terminals need reader acceptance testing; Moneris and Xero activation remain unavailable until their provider setup is complete.
What happens after the 60 days?
You choose whether to move to a paid plan. No credit card is required to start, and the trial does not become an automatic paid subscription. You can also use the Free plan within its limits. Optional paid services and usage are priced separately.
Is Shop Rego only for automotive shops?
No. It handles passenger vehicles, fleet units, highway tractors, trailers, equipment powered by CAT, generators and custom assets.
Can a repair last several weeks?
Yes. Scheduling, sold hours, actual time, parts and progress carry through projects that run for days or weeks.
Is the free plan really free?

Do we have to buy phone, AI or email?
No. Phone, AI and email are optional extras. You can see your usage, get notifications and set hard limits on each one.
Can we take our service records with us?
Yes. Shop Rego keeps service history organized by asset. You can export it as PDFs without prices or as structured data you can take to another system.
